Thank you for shopping with Stage 004. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for merchandise returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as specific rules for event tickets.

Merchandise Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  Custom or personalized products

  Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  Sale items

  Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Refunds (Merchandise)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for events through our ticketing partner DICE are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  Refunds are available only within the first 1 hour after purchase (cooling-off period set by DICE).

  Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled.

No other refunds or exchanges are available for event tickets, including for rescheduling, personal circumstances, or change of mind. All ticket sales are final outside of these exceptions.
